This qualification is suitable for candidates wishing to embark on a career in Children's Services as a trained childcare worker, and is also the pre-requisite for the Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care).

This qualification encompasses great general knowledge of policies and procedures and Regulations and Standards within the industry.

There is also a strong focus on individual children's development domains and theory, writing child focused profiles, planning and caring for babies and children.

Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education & Care)- CHC50908

This qualification is suitable for candidates wishing to gain in depth knowledge of Children's Services and manage programs in early childhood settings. Students gain leadership qualities to manage the supervision of other staff while working in accordance to licensing, accreditation and duty of care requirements.
