Workplace assessment will entail a combination of recognition, observation, questioning, discussion and third party validation.
Following this, you are required to provide a signed Pre-Assessment Interview form, Workplace Assessment form, Record of Outcome form and also the Workplace Agreement form to verify you have successfully demonstrated the practical components of each of the required competency outcomes. A qualified manager/supervisor must sign the forms as validation.
