The BSB60907 — Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resources activities of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. Knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the human resources field. Selection Criteria

The pathways to enter this qualification course include;
Achieving the BSB50607 Diploma of Human Resources Management or other relevant qualification; providing evidence of competency in the majority of units required for the BSB50607 Diploma of Human Resources Management or other relevant qualification, or; with substantial vocational experience in human resources management but without a formal qualification. A literacy and numeracy test is required before commencement of all Pragmatic Training qualification courses. People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Skills Recognition — Exemptions/Transfers

Pragmatic Training formally recognises prior learning (RPL/RCC) and Credit Transfer.
