Course Objectives

The BSB50607 — Diploma of Human Resources Management course focuses on a comprehensive set of generic and specific human resource competencies to enable you to work in various human resource roles. The course provides a focus on developing such skills as learning how to manage workforce planning; manage people performance, manage remuneration and employee benefits, recruitment & selection and performance management. Special consideration has been given to the uniqueness of each student’s needs and as such this program can easily be adapted. This is an excellent opportunity to explore the realms of Human Resources whilst engaging in a project to test your skills & knowledge base within a business environment.

Selection Criteria

Whilst there are no specific prerequisites for entry into this program, a background or exposure to HR practices would benefit your progression so that you can demonstrate application of your knowledge and skills on the job. A literacy and numeracy test is required before commencement of all Pragmatic Training qualification courses.

Pragmatic Training formally recognises prior learning (RPL/RCC) and Credit Transfer.
